Complete renovation of a 4,500 sqm historical building located on Via Giulia, in the historic center of Rome.

The project involves the development of a high-end boutique hotel with the following program:

Private club with bar
3 bars
2 restaurants with dedicated kitchens
Wellness SPA
9 guestrooms

The intervention includes structural and systems upgrades, while ensuring the preservation of the building’s historical character, including original interior frescoes and architectural elements. The project balances heritage conservation with the integration of contemporary hospitality functions.
