The project involved the renovation and structural integration of four historic 18th-century buildings in the heart of Milano city center, to create a unified luxury 5-star hotel.

Project and construction management activities ensured effective coordination and timely delivery of:

• Spa and fitness center
• Restored internal courtyards
• Boutique retail space
• Flexible event areas and meeting rooms

The intervention balanced heritage preservation with the integration of modern building systems, focusing on quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
