Mandarin Oriental Como

The project involved the soft refurbishment of 75 guestrooms at the Mandarin Oriental, Lake Como, distributed across nine buildings within a lakeside botanical park.  pecial attention was given to the guestrooms located in Villa Roccabruna, the main historic residence of the hotel complex.

All key public areas were fully renovated, including:

• Reception
• The Chinese Room
• Bar
• Restaurant with a newly built dedicated kitchen

The most notable architectural intervention was the landscape redesign, with a complete transformation of the waterfront garden area.

The renovation was conducted with a strong focus on safeguarding the building’s historical and artistic identity, while enhancing its architectural character.
