Complete renovation of a 12,498 sqm area for the development of a 5-star luxury hotel.

Project and construction management services included:

  • 64 guestrooms
  • 1 restaurant with dedicated kitchen facilities
  • 3 bars
  • Full-service SPA
  • Landscape redesign, renovation of the existing pool, and construction of several private pools for guest suites

The project involved a comprehensive upgrade of existing structures and systems, harmoniously integrated with new constructions.
